Job Title: Manufacturing Team Members

We are currently recruiting direct hire applicants for positions in our Assembly, Finish, Metalcraft, and Fulfillment departments across both shifts. Successful candidates will have experience in a fast-paced work environment. Positions require strong desire to be successful working in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions, procedures, policies, and complete various forms and reports.
• Maintain good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptability to changing business needs, and continually learn and apply new skills.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, guidelines and training given; maintain cleanliness of workstation/house-keeping; maintain good personal hygiene; recognize and report hazards to designated individual(s); participate in safety program(s); report accidents/injuries immediately; practice safe work habits.
• Communicate well and get along with team members, actively listen, ask questions to understand, provide encouragement, and work safely and collaboratively to support a cooperative and positive team environment. 
• Seek and learn from feedback and be open to suggestions and change. Conversely, provide less proficient team members feedback to assist in their learning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or 3+ recent years applicable work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Careful attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to multiple and/or changing priorities.
